"I'm sorry, I will say it a thousand times until you believe me! And just so you'll know I mean it, I tracked down your friend and begged to know where you lived so I could tell you to your face how sorry I am. I never knew all that crap would happen if I drank that stuff, I swear!" So...Ryoko had told him where she lived. Sakura now fully swung the door wide. "W--Well... I guess I could forgive you." she stammered, feeling faint when looking at his face. Oh gosh, he was so handsome... "I mean---you didn't really know that would happen, I can see that. Your brother didn't even know what was happening to you. People can do strange things when they're drunk, it’s not your fault." she remarked, pink blush spread all over her face. Sakura stiffened. Oh no! Her mother would think Risashi was her boyfriend! Maybe think she'd been keeping him a secret from her! Mom had begun to suspect everything and fear so much since Sakura's father had been killed 2 years ago. Mrs. Yamada came upon the two teenagers and frowned. "So, who is this boy? A friend of yours?" Mom's pink eyes stared down at Risashi suspiciously. Risashi flinched, freezing. "Oh...Um, he's one of Mazari's friends, Mom. He--just came here to ask me for Mazari if I wanted to sleep over again. She's too busy to talk, or call." Sakura explained hurriedly. "Oh, alright." Mom replied, seeming a little confused but brushed it off swiftly. "Well, we'll talk it over later." she commented, strolling off. "Okay." Sakura agreed, and Risashi sighed. "Uh, can we talk just a little while, away from here?" he asked. "I-I can't leave my yard." Sakura stuttered, nervously. Alone with him? At least they were only in her yard, but he didn't behave like a criminal...
